We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Fitness Center Family Fun Run to be held on 4 June 1995. This event will be our summer fun run for the running season, so we hope for a large crowd. The event will be open to all ages. There will be a 5k fun run or walk for participates. Every participate will receive a t-shirt. We are asking for sponsorship of 100 t-shirts (with logo), food and beverages, and awards. The total cost is approximately $2000.00 for this event. We will accept all or part as sponsorship for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 24 May 1995. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government. (079)
