M -- FACILITIES OPERATIONS SUPPORT SERVICES SOL DEA-95-R-0007 DUE 040695 POC Ms. Michelle Reeves, Contract Specialist (202)307-7816 The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of full facilities operation, maintenance, grounds, roads, and parking lot maintenance (lawn care) and related operational support services for the DEA-owned El Paso Intelligence Center located at 11229 SSG Simms Street, El Paso, Texas 79909-8090. The area to be maintained is within a 20 acre site including one main single story building with a partial basement area finished off for office space and a guard house. The building area is comprised of the following: gross area of 57,614 square feet, occupiable area of 35,187 feet, non occupiable area of 9,274 square feet, gross areas of corridors/stairwells of 5,200 square feet and the storage space is 3,190 square feet. Specific security requirements for contractor personnel must be met. Period of performance: October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1995 with four twelve month option periods.
