Contractor must have knowledge of and experience with the requirements of the Navy SUBSAFE Program. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type with Cost Plus Fixed Fee provisions. The Period of Performance shall be five years from Date of Contract Award.
