Temporary service will be required for the present wiring and electrical systems behind the bar in the first floor lounge. In order to replace the windows behind the bar, the bar and all service to it will need to be pulled away from the wall and service behind the bar maintained. After completion of the window installation, the bar will be moved back into its original position and any temporary services removed. Estimated Cost Range: Between $25,000 and $100,000.
