The contractor shall provide all material, equipment, supplies and supervision for constructing a conventional truss frame building with pressure treated lumber, polycarbonate roofing, screen mesh siding and alsynite corrugated material on one end-wall only, concrete flooring with drainage piping, including water and electrical connections at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Pullman, Washington.
