McDaniel, Contracting Officer The Navy requires 1 each portable CO2 Temperature-Vibration Chamber to be used for subjecting test items to precisely controlled temperature-vibration environments. The chamber will be used in conjunction with an existing Unholtz-Dickie T4000-12 Vibrator and attached granite block base slip table. The chamber shall be capable of performing tests both horizontal tests on the slip table and vertical tests on the head of the vibrator. The capabilities shall include dry bulb temperature control by means of a thermocouple actuated microprocessor-based controller. The capabilities must include performance of tests as required by MIL-E-522, MIL-T-5422, and MIL-STD-810. Acceptance will be at destination. Shipment shall be FOB NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane. Delivery is required within 60 days from date of contract award. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Note 1.
