The contract will support work under EPCRA, PPA, and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This effort may include the following: regulatory support for EPCRA; environmental release estimates and data qualithy reviews, industry sector analyses; outreach support; technical support for meetings; chemistry evaluations; survey development and management, analysis of information resources. EPA anticipates the award of a level of effort type contract for a total of 300,000 labor hours consisting of a base requirement of 40,000 labor hours with an option for an additional 20,000 labor hours. In addition, the contract will allow for four twelve-month options for 60,000 1abor hours each.
