Z -- INSTALLATION OF REFRIGERATED AIR DRYER, BUILDING 104, NAVAL AIR STATION, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA Sol. Contract N62467-95-B-2501. Due 051895. POC: OICC Office. The work includes the installation of two 3200 SCFM air-cooled refrigerated Air dryers and associated piping and electrical modifications. Also two water-to-air after coolers are to be cleaned, serviced, and painted. The contractor shall during construction for use during temporary air compressor units, with after coolers, during construction for use during periods when the main air plant is to be shut down due to air compressor tie-in and after cooler servicing. The project will also include incidental related work. Bid opening date listed in item 10 is approximate. Request bid documents by estimated cost is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns. Interested SDB Concerns shall notify this office IN WRITING, Attn: Code R20.3 of their intention to bid the project as prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 15 days after this notice. THIS NOTIFICATION MUST INCLUDE A POSITIVE STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY AS A SMALL SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADANATAGED BUSINESS CONCERN, EVIDENCE OF CAPACITY TO OBTAIN REQUIRED BONDS AND SPECIFIC INFORMATION WHICH DEMONSTRATES THE CAPABILITY TO PERFORM PROJECTS OF THIS COMPLEXITY AND MAGNITUDE. COMPLETE INFORMATION CONCERNING MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR WORK AND FINANCIAL STATUS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH REFERENCES.
