PR-NO: CPBA950014 the Defense Construction Supply Center (DCSC), 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH intends to place A contract for the electronic notification of contract awards, and contracts coming due, via an automated FAX machine. Approximately 2000 faxes will need to be sent eachmonth. Contract will be for A Six month period with three 6 month option periods. Contractor must merge DCSC provided data into A listing that will be provided along with A cover letter for each FAX. All faxes will need to be sent within 3-5 days after receipt of data from DCSC. Contractor will maintain correct FAX Numbers for the DCSC vendor base. Solicitation not available until 15 days after published in the CBD. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total extension shall not exceed 2 years.
