This will be an all or none award, a total turnkey system. A pre-proposal con- ference will be held at Hill AFB UT. Time, date and building location will be specified in the RFP. All prospective bidders are stongly urged to attend. Delivery: 365 days ARO 1sy. Destn: Hill Air Force Base, Ut 84056-5000. The approximate issue/response date will be 10 Apr 95.
