Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a proposed contract to provide preliminary title opinion, records search, run-down, recording, and final title policy covering privately-owned land within the boundaries of the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge, Cape May, New Jersey; such properties consisting of 580 ownerships, and comprising 9,500 acres of land, more or less; and the E.B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge, Oceanville, New Jersey; such property consisting of approximately 1,000 ownerships, and comprising 17,000 acres of land. This will be an indefinite-quantity contract for the period, covering date of contract award through September 30, 1995, and two one year option periods. This procurement is unrestricted.
