In general, the work shall consist of the following: Construction of four mooring dolphins; two approximately one mile upstream of the CSX Railroad Bridge, two approximately one mile downstream of the CXS Railroad Bridge. Each Dolphin will be a pile cluster with navigation safety lighting. Critical Path Method (Network Analysis system) is not required. Bid documents are available on or about 21 March 1995.
