Postal Service is seeking potential sources to provide comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling and services to approximately 6,100 employees and their families in the St. Louis MO area. The program will provide assessment and/or counseling, consultation and/or referral to individuals experiencing a variety of personal problems. Referral follow-up activities, records management duties, clinical supervision, training sessions, and reporting requirements will be part of the program.
