The US Postal Service is seeking sources to provide office products (non-furniture) under a systems contract for the postal service's Northeast, NY Metro, Allegheny Areas and postal headquarters. This contract will be a requirements contract with an initial term of one year, with four, one year options. Ordering will be via the mail, telephone, fax and computer. The ordering method will be at the option of the ordering office. There will be a potential of approximately 6,000 ordering offices. The supplier must accept the VISA credit card for payment, as well as have the capability for magentic tape billing. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
