Unit (FDECU) is being developed and prototyped by this office for Army
and Air Force application to replace the A/E 32C-39 Bare Base Air
Conditioner (also referred to as the C-100). The Program Office has a
limited amount of funding available to procure additional units for
Government testing. If interested in receiving a drawing package
(available on 3.5'' disk, Personal Designer, Revision 5) of the current
baseline design and/or building one to three units to support field
testing, please respond no later than 27 Mar 95. To be considered all
responders must provide two complete copies of the information required
below. One copy must be addressed to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Elmer
Bonnell, 904-882-4685, x139 and one copy must be addressed to the
Technical Representative, Mr. Cosmo Calobrisi, 904-882-4695, x106.

32542-5717. The information required is: (1). Demonstrated
comprehension of what an A/E 32C-39 Air Conditioner does and how it is
used by the U.S. Government. (2). Past experience producing A/E 32C-39
Air Conditioners and/or Air Conditioners and heat pumps similar to an
A/E 32C-39. (3). Past experience working with the U.S. Government
contracts. (4). Demonstrated ability to produce a unit of similar
complexity from a drawing package within two months. (5). Experience
producing units of similar complexity to an A/E 32C-39 in quantities of
100-400 per month. All responses should include a statement whether the
firm is a small or disadvantaged business as defined in FAR 52.219-1
and 52.219-2. The Government reserves the right to consider a small
business set-aside based on responses. Contract action will be other
than full and open competition under the authority of 10 USC 2373 which
permits non-competitive purchases in support of limited, one-time
