The Naval Sea Systms Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occassions under a Basic Ordering Agreement with Raytheon Company, Equipment Division, 430 Boston Post Road, Wayland, MA 01778. Orders will be issued for the AEGIS Weapon System Material and Services required to acquire and fabricate or modify the AEGIS Fire Control System MK 99, Transmitter groups for AN/SPY-1A/B/D, and ancillary equipment. Raytheon Company is the only company which possesses the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described. No other source has the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements. Raytheon Company is the Navy's repair and overhaul depot for the AEGIS Fire Control System MK 99, Transmitter Groups for AN/SPY-1A/B/D, and ancillary equipment.
