The Training Systems Product Group at Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC/YW) is announcing the release of additional Draft Request for Proposal material for the C-141 Aircrew Training System on 10 March 1995. Refer to Commerce Business Daily issue 3/2/95 category 69, Modification of Synopsis of Sources Sought. The material will be available on the PIXS (see below) and in hard copy from ASC/YWMA, Building 11, Suite 7, 2240 B Street, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-7111. Interested offerors may arrive after 1:00 p.m. on 13 Mar 1995 to obtain a copy. Refer to Commerce Business Daily issue 10/19/94 category 69, Synopsis of Sources Sought and CBD issue 2/09/95 category 69, Modification of Synopsis of Sources Sought for program description. A Bidder's Conference will be held on 22 March 1995 from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The conference will be held at Wright-Patterson AFB OH, Bldg 642, AFIT Auditorium, Room 1100. Individual conferences between bidders and the Government will be held on 22 March following the open forum and on 23 March. Individual conferences will be scheduled for one hour each. Individual conferences will be scheduled by a random drawing performed by the government to provide equitable treatment to all. Bidders will be notified of the time scheduled for individual conferences. Requests for individual conferences are to be submitted in writing by 17 March 1995 to Mr. Robert Nolin, ASC/YWMA, Building 11, Suite 7, 2240 B Street, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-7111. Questions for the individual conferences are also to be submitted in writing by 20 March. Bidders' attendance at the individual conferences is limited to fifteen (15) members including prime and subcontractors. A file section has been established on the Preaward Information Exchange System (PIXS) electronic Bulletin Board System at WPAFB, OH. The PIXS is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Access is through a modem, 513-476-7217 or through Telnet 129.48.120.143. Modem software parameters for calling is 8 data, 1 stop bits, and no parity.
