Spectrometers will use common argon plasma emission source, sample introduction device and computer software such that operationally the spectrometers will function as a combination simultaneous/sequential spectrometer functionally equivalent to a Thermo Jarrell Ash POLYSCAN 61E Spectrometer. System to include spectrometer, support cabinet, skirt enclosure, transfer optics, support bracket, and installation but will not include computer, printer or RF generator. This is a notice of intent to negotiate with only one source, Thermo Jarrell Ash Corporation of Franklin, MA. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. See Note 22.
