Work includes, but is not limited to: demolition, asbestos removal, general construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sprinkler, HVAC, finishes, and installation of cafeteria equipment. The bid package will be issued 03/28/95 and the Bid Opening is scheduled for 04/28/95 at 12:00p.m. in Room 67C (Basement). A prebid conference is scheduled for 04/11/95 at 10:15a.m. in Room 503. NOTE: THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR LABOR SURPLUS AREA FIRMS. THIS IS NOT SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. To receive a bid package, submit a written request with your company's name, street address (no post office box), telephone number, and a refundable bid deposit (company check for $25.00 endorsed to the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury) to the attention of the Contracting Officer. There is a 365 calendar day construction period. Award is subject to the availability of funds. A ninety (90) calendar day bid acceptance period is required.
