The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, as shown on the drawings, specified herein, or as needed to construct WRM WAREHOUSE, including but not limited to, a pre-engineered metal building on a reinforced concrete foundation, with exterior walls of concrete masonry unit veneer on steel stud wall, windows, doors/hardware, interior finishes, standing seam metal roofing system, site clearing, site preparation, utilities, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other work as may be necessary to make the facility operational. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the Contract Documents. There is a non-refundable charge of $20.00 for each solicitation package.
