Doris Roberson, Contracting Officer. Construct Payloads Hazardous Servicing Facility (PHSF) HVAC Systems Modernization at Kennedy Space Center, Florida. The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to provide demolition and replacement of twelve (12) existing air handling units and two (2) existing air-cooled condensing units at the PHSF Building M7-1354, and two (2) existing direct expansion air conditioning units at the PHSF Control Building. The project scope includes modifications to ductwork, piping, insulation, valves, controls, electrical, structural and architectural work, and other related work. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with KSC Drawing 79K33955 and KSC Specification 79K33956.--Plan to issue sol. pkg. on or about 3/28/95.--Magnitude of project between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.--Period of performance: 270 calendar days.--Point of contact for sol. pkg.
