The base contract effort allows for the contractor to design and develop aprototype software system (visage) which enables the transfer of information from diverse applications to A common graphical environment with standardized information manipulation and graphical design tools, specifically for the creation of Military briefings. A modification to the contract is necessary to satisfy the need for additional services which would allow the contractor to provide demonstration at prairie warrior 95 of the Technologies developed and integrated under the base contracteffort.
