This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for the Life Cycle
Contractor Logistic Support (LCCLS) for the Joint STAR Interim Ground
Station Modules (IGSM) and the Limited Procurement Urgent (LPU) Ground
Station Modules consisting of Depot supply and maintenance support,
field engineering maintenance and support to the Development Software
Support Environment (DSSE). The contract will also include provisions
for management of and changes to configuration baselines, performance
of unanticipated demonstrations, both in CONUS and UCONUS an
undetermined emergency deployment and procurement of supply parts in
support of the Depot. The IGSM is a component of the Joint STARS
Contingency Mission, and as such, six IGSMs shall be able to deploy to
a contingency site which includes war zones. The contractor is
responsible to deploy to such sites and perform LCCLS duties. Likewise,
the LPU GSM may become involved in deployments and the contractor is
responsible to deploy to such sites and perform LCCLS duties. The
proposed effort is for LCCLS of eight IGSMs, five LPU GSMs, a DSSE and
a maintenance trainer for one year. Two options for two additional
years may be exercised. This contract will be cost plus fixed fee
(Term) and Time and Materials. The Government does not own drawings and
production specifications to permit full and open competition.

program managerial experience in this type of work, are invited to
