The equipment must be capable of meeting VHF and UHF frequency ranges 12.5 and 25 Khz channel spacing/bandwidth and Digital/Analog systems utilizing Digital Encryption Standard (DES). Some of the option features to be purchased are factory programming, sixteen channel operation and etc. It is anticipated that a contract with a Base Year and four one year options will be awarded.
