This is an indefinite quantity contract to provide and secure miscellaneous construction, repair, alteration, and maintenance work at pre-determined wage and negotiate material costes. The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and supervision to fulfill the requirements of delivery orders issued by the contracting officer. Minimum guarantee is $25,000.00. Contract period shall cover a period of 12 months. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns.
