Project 89-0066 Drainage Pipe consists of removal of 2 concrete head-walls and one wing wall, reshaping existing drainage ditch, constructing twin concrete box culverts, inlets, gabion walls and filling to adjacent elevation. Also includes a driveway layout with replanting of worked area. Project 89-0082 Grate Drainage Culvert consists of removal and replacement of fence, removal of concrete flume liner, recontouring existing terrain, replanting ground cover and landscaping plants and constructing one concrete wing wall. This action is being considered for 100% set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns: however, business concerns other than SDB's are invited to bid. If at time of bid opening, SDB bids are determined to be more than 10 percent above the fair market price (reference DFAR 219.502-2-70(a)(2)), this acquisition will be converted to unrestricted. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than COB 23 Mar 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. SIC code 1629 applies. The SDB size standard of $17 Million is a three-year average annual gross revenue. Please provide certified reports/statements which will verify this. If a joint venture is being considered, please provide the combined average annual gross revenue of both companies. This will expedite SDB verification and contract award. Please ensure that your certified bonding capacity will satisfy the maximum amount indicated by the project's magnitude. For joint ventures please show bonding capacity of both companies individually. Provide specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude.
