The American Embassy Helsinki requires the operation and management of security guard services in order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain order, deter criminal and terrorist attacks against employees, dependents, property, and provide all equipment, management, administration and direct labor personnel to acccomplish all work as required in this contract. Services will be performed in Helsinki, Finland. Approximate manhour requirements are Guard/Supervisor 2,080 per year and Guard 12,064 per year. These requirements may change depending on fund availability in forthcoming periods. Solicitation is for one base year and four one-year periods at the option of Government.
