C -- UPDATE DESIGN OF BASE MASTER PLAN Sol DAHA35-95-R-0006. Due 041195. Work to be accomplished is the update of existing Base Master Plan, Type A Services only. Work to be performed for the Oregon Air National Guard, 114th Fighter Squadron (FS), Kingsley Field Internatioal Airport, Klamath Falls, Oregon. This will include the Area/Vicinity Maps, Installation Maps, Utility Plans, Airfield Pavement Plan, the Real Estate Map, short range plan and long range plan. Evaluation criteria in descending order of importance are: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence; (3) Capacity to accomplish work in the required time; (4) Past performance; (5) Location of firm and consultants; (6) Volume of work previously awarded by the DoD (show in Block 9 of SF 254); and (7) Key personnel availability. Final selection procedure may include personal or telephone interviews. A Firm-Fixed price contract is contemplated. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The anticipated contract start date is on/or about June 1, 1995. SF 254 (must be less than one year old) and a current SF 255 are required for the principal firm and all consultants.
