ATTN: This procurement is to be made in accordance with DFARS Subpart 235.70, Research and Development Streamlined Contracting Procedures. Offerors are advised that a conventional solicitation will NOT be issued, but that the solicitation will appear in a subsequent edition of the Commerce Business Daily (CBD). The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) is seeking to issue a level-of-effort contract to provide Documentation Support for DNA aboveground and underground weapon and simulator effects testing. This effort will include, but not be limited to, documenting test planning, execution and results reports consistent with DNA reporting standards plus a wide variety of presentation materials, meeting minutes, test event documentation video, and various other documentation. The period of performance will include a 36-month basic effort plus two additional 12-month options. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Note 1. All contractor personnel will require a DoD security clearance of TOP SECRET. Offerors must provide address information to the contract negotiator in order to be included on the mailing list in case any supplemental package and/or amendments are issued to the solicitation which will appear in a subsequent edition of the CBD.
