The Navy Experimental Diving Unit (NEDU) has a requirement for three (3) Oxygen and six (6) Carbon Dioxide analyzers. The Oxygen analyzers are to have paramagnetic detectors. The Carbon Dioxide analyzers are to have non-dispersive infrared detectors. All analyzers will be ''on-line'' for monitoring the atmosphere of manned hyperbaric chambers. Analyzers must have digital communications network capabilities and have modular architecture design. All equipment offered shall be designed to operate from a 120 volt 60 Hz single phase grounded power system. The offeror shall be capable of providing spare and replacement components for the analyzer and analyzer platform. The offeror will also be capable of providng complete maintenance and repair services on-site and off-site for all analyzer components.
