Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to construct 2,800 square foot (CMU/masonry exterior wall) addition including partition walls, removal of asbestos containing materials, and removal and installation of interior partition walls, doors and windows to include interior patching and finishing in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for projects JFSD 930041A and 930041B. The new addition portion of this project is a non-appropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. NAF funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. The renovation portion of this purchase does not involve Federal tax dollars. The magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Subject to availability of funds. Construction period is 120 days. Project requirements will be made available on or about 29 Mar 95. All requests must be in writing and must include the business size (small or large) and whether they are women owned or disadvantaged. This solicitation is unrestricted. (065)
