Kimball Jr. (410) 278-2373 (Site Code DAAD05) Task Order Construction (TOC): The U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground Support Activity (APGSA) requires an indefinite quantity type contract that includes a 1 year base period plus four 1 year option periods for non - personal, one - time, unscheduled, general construction services in support of the Directorate of Public Works in the Aberdeen and Edgewood areas of the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Harford County, Maryland. This solicitation is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) SET - ASIDE and all responsive and responsible SDB bids submitted will be considered. The SDB contractor is required to provide all the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the task order construction services described in the Description/Specification/Work Statement section, Section C, of the solicitation. APGSA will provide NO Government Furnished Property. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 per any 1 year period. The minimum quantity in any given 1 year period is for task orders totalling $250,000.
