The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to issue a contract to furnish and install two handicap turnstile gates (47'' arms) side by side. Gates shall be equipped with McMaster-Carr key pad access control model No. 8056A34 or equal and shall be single full-height security hot-dipped galvanized steel turnstile 115V-1PH-60HZ, fail secure-CCW, locked CW direction, Burle Industries Model# STG-32-HC or equal. Work shall include installation of the two gates, installion of a concrete pad suitable for the installation of the gates, installation of a sidewalk and lighting, removing an existing concrete pad, leveling the ground to provide proper drainage. cutting and capping existing irrigation lines, sawcutting and removing the existing CMU wall and foundation to accommodate the new gates and refinishing the cut edge of the remaining CMU wall, installing a temporary 6' high chain link fence to provide temporary security, underground installation of schedule 40 PVC to run electrical supply and future communication lines, provide all transformers, circuit breakers and mini power centers necessary to provide electrical power adequate to operate the gates.
