The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) anticipates awarding a contract for the capture, care, and transport of wild horses within the Spring Creek and Sand Wash Herd Management Areas, located near the White River Resource Area, Meeker, Colorado. Gather tentatively scheduled for August/September, 1995. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the capture, and the Contractor shall have an OAS carded helicopter and pilot for this gather.
