The Air Force is seeking sources for indefinite quantity contracts for architect engineer services for maintenance, repair, new construction and alteration of base facilities including civil, landscaping, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, asbestos abatement, and fire protection work at Edwards AFB, CA. - Work consists of furnishing all architect-engineering services including studies, reports, site investigations, field surveys, calculations, design drawings, specifications and cost estimates. A&E must be capable of producing design drawings in Autocad and Intergragh. Specifications are to be word processor produced compatible to ''Wang Word Processsing'' or ''Word Perfect'' or ''Microsoft Word 6.0'' formats. Cost Estimates are to be from ''Means Estimating Guides''. Evaluation and selection of A&E awardees will be based upon past performance and other data as described in Note 24. Resultant awards will be indefinite quantity, firm-fixed price A&E contracts with guaranteed minimum fees of $5,000.00 and maximum fees of $750,000.00. Individual delivery order amounts cannot exceed $299,000.00. Period of performance is one (1) year with an option period for one additional year at an additional maximum fee of $750,000.00. More than one award may result from this announcement. Firms which meet the requirements described in this announcement must submit a completed Standard Form 254 and Standard Form 255, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionare, to AFFTC/PKAC, 5 South Wolfe Ave. Edwards AFB, CA 93524-1185 no later than 1 MAY 95 in order to be considered for selection.
