The engineer shall provide design services for repairs to the wood structure and foundation wall of Hangar 3. b. Subject to necessary changes, the total A/E fee that may be paid under this contract could range from $25,000 to $100,000. c. Significant Evaluation Factors: (1) Specialized Experience of the firm; (2) Professional qualifications of staff to be assigned to this contract including those of any consultants. (3) Capacity of the firm team to accomplish the contemplated work within the required time limits. (4) Past performance if any, of the firm with respect to performance on department of defense contracts, (5) Location of the firm in the general geographical area of the project. (6) Volume of work previously awarded to the firm by the Department of Defense. d. A/E Firms which meet the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit completed standard forms 254 and 255, U.S. Government Architect-Engineer Qualifications, to the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction, 200 Alpha Avenue, Brunswick, Maine 04011. Firms responding to this announcement with the submittal of a SF 255 by 17 April 1995 will be considered. Respondents may supplement this proposal with graphic material and photographs which best demonstrate design capabilities of the team proposed for the project. See Note 24.
