47 -- FABRICATE AND WELD COMPLETE ASSEMBLY SOL N00181-95-R-0049 POC Cindi Newcomb, Code 531.4C, (804) 396-8352; Nancy Hassell-Sitar, Code 531, (804) 396-8352 Fabricate and weld complete assembly one (1) each; Mil-I-45208 is invoked. Assembly consists of F32 and F-11 of NAVSEA dwg. 215-4363103 and pipe 1CP-P9-1 of NAVSEA dwg. 215-4363099. All material shall be Level I per material control NAVSEA standard 0900-070-6010. Raw materials physical and chemical test reports required. Special welded nipple (boss), F32 (item no. 26) of NAVSEA dwg. 215-4363103, shall be fabricated from 304 stainless steel barstock to Mil-S-23195, to meet the requirements of Mil-F-23467 and detail 11A-1 of NAVSEA dwg. 215-4363103. Thermal sleeve, F-11 (item no. 25) of NAVSEA dwg. 215-4363103 fabricated from 304 stainless steel barstock. Assembly 11 (consisting of F11 and F32) shall be hydrostatically tested to 2735 +/-10% PSIG and held at hydro pressure for 30 minutes to inspect for leakage. No leakage allowed.
