The purpose of the order is to procure 12 shipsets of the AN/ALE-47 Counter Measure Dispenser System to be provided to the AIP prime contractor as government furnished equipment. Negotiations will be conducted with Tracor Aerospace, Inc., 6500 Tracor Lane, Austin, TX 78725-2070. Tracor Aerospace, Inc., is the only source possessing the technical data, knowledge and expertise necessary to meet the requirement in the required timeframe.
