Westinghouse Hanford Company (WHC) the Management and Operating Contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office, Richland, Washington is requesting information from vendors who can provide a records management database software package for use in both file server and/or client server environments residing on a local area network in a windowed environment, with up to 10 simultaneous users. This software package will be used in monitoring Industrial Hygiene data to ensure compliance with the record keeping requirements prescribed in 29 CFR and 1926 and shall: accept automated or manual data entry; retrieve and track Industrial Hygiene qualitative and quantitative hazard assessment data for response to inquiries regarding samples/personnel monitoring and hazard assessments; support analyses of data to identify trends, problem areas and personnel exposure. Vendors furnishing the above requested information should include technical literature, product price lists for government customers, delivery schedule, GSA schedule if applicable, trial package availability (include non-disclosure and release forms and/or license agreements), current and former federal government clients/users, and any other pertinent information.
