CBD Notice published 2/21/95 is hereby modified to include the following specifications: AA-R-0045 (GSA-FSS) racks, storage, loaded pallet; NN-P-71 pallets, material handling, wood, double-faced, stringer construction, NN-P-0073 pallets, material handling, plywood, double-faced, stringer and block construction; TT-C-490 cleaning methods and pretreatment of ferrous surfaces for organic coatings. All material shall be designed in accordance with the latest edition of the American Iron and Steel Institute's Light Cold-formed Steel Design Manual'' and the ''Steel Construction Manual'' of The American Institute of Steel Construction. Weldings shall conform to the approved practices and procedures of the American Welding Society. The following specifications must also be adhered to: ANSI - MH 16.1, specification for the design of storage racks; any applicable occupational safety and health act regulations; Rack Manufacturer's Institute, 1985 revision; any and all other applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
