Work includes returning ductwork to its original design configuration, supplementing the existing HVAC with individual unit air conditioners tied into the existing heat pump hydronic loop, replacement of circulation pumps, expanding the existing electrical capacity, installation of electrical resistance coils, replacing various pneumatic HVAC control components, balancing, and system cleaning. Some work will require abatement of existing asbestos materials along with subsequent insulation repair and ceiling patching. Plans and specs available on or about 27 March 1995 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted.
