Colbert, (502) 798-7566 Work consists of demolition; preparation for roofing and repairs; fasteners (insulation); insulation; steel roof decking; insulation for built-up roofing; carpentry for built-up roofing; fully adhered EPDM roofing; single-ply modified bitumen roofing; sheet metalwork; and caulking and sealants. Fully adhered EPDM roof requires manufacturer's ten (10) year warranty on workmanship and materials on complete roof; and only contractors authorized by the membrane manufacturer shall install the system. Modified Bitumen Roof requires manufacturer's twelve (12) year warranty on complete roof; minimum polymer content of modified bitumen membrane is 22% by weight; and only contractors authorized by the membrane manufacturer shall install the system. This will be a twelve month requirements contract with two (2) twelve month option periods. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1761. Small business size standard is average annual receipts of a concern and all affiliates cannot exceed $7 million for the preceding three fiscal years. Project is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for the twelve month base period and option periods. Anticipated base period of performance is from 15 May 95 through 14 May 96. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted.
