The following items are to be procured under a competitive FFP five year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, delivery order type contract. 2. 2-Way Power Divders, estimated quantity 14 each per year IAW the following specifications: (a) Frequency Range: 0.960 to 1.215GHz. (b) Insertion Loss: 3.6dB max. (including split loss). (c) Output Port Isolation: 16dB min. (d) VSWR: 1.40:1 maximum. (e) Peak Power Rating: 1.2KW. (f) Average Power Handling: 140 Watts average with max. load VSWR=1.6:1. (g) Amplitude Balance +/- 0.3dB max. (h) Phase Balance +/- 2 Degrees max. (i) Operating Temperature: -55 degrees to 85 degrees C. (j) Shall meet the Environmental Requirements of MIL-STD-2036A, 3 September 1993: a) Shock, b) Vibration, c) Materials, d) Corrosion, and e) Corona and RF Electrical Breakdown. 3. 8-Way Power Divider, estimated quantity 28 each per year IAW the following specifications: (a) Frequency Range: 0.96 to 1.215GHz. (b) Insertion Loss: 9.7dB max. (including split loss). (c) Output Port Isolation: 16dB min. (d) VSWR: 1.35:1 maximum. (e) Peak Power Rating: 1.0KW. (f) Average Power Handling: 140 Watts average with max. load VSWR=1.8:1. Shall meet the requirement of handling rater power when a single port is terminated with a short or open while the remaining posts are terminated with a 1.8:1 VSWR. (g) Amplitude Balance: +/- 0.3dB max. (h) Phase Balance: +/- 2 Degrees max. (i) Operating Temperature: -55 degrees to 85 degrees C. (j) Power dividers to be provided in phased matched sets, matched to +/- 3 degrees. Sets to be identified by referring to the serial number (ie. s/n: 1A and s/n: 1B for a phased matched set). (k) Shall meet the Environmental Requirements of MIL-STD-2036A, 3 September 1993: a) Shock, b) Vibration, c) Materials, d) Corrosion, and e) Corona and RF Electrical Breakdown. 4.
