Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation and any incidentals necessary to upgrade approximately 4.36 miles of Forest Service Road on the Smith River National Recreation Area, Gasquet Ranger District, Six Rivers National Forest. The work to be done consist of reconditioning the roadbed, insloping and outsloping of the roadbed, road reconstruction, ditch construction, installation of 13 culverts, culvert removal, installation of a hinged elbow and down drain, culvert inlet basin construction and the placement of grid-rolled aggregate. The solicitation should be issued on or about March 20, 1995. Requests should be submitted no later than April 5, 1995. The proposed solicitation listed herein is totally set aside for Labor Surplus Area Concerns. (058)
