This project is to provide all supervision, labor, equipment and materials necessary to renovate the control tower at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The principle features of work include, but are not limited to interior renovation of existing buiding, renovation of existing air conditioning and lighting system, interior painting and construct and install built-in console panel. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The performance period is 200 calendar days. This procurement is unrestricted. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing. An $18.00 fee, payable to the United States Treasury, is required for each solicitation requested. Mainland contractors are encouraged to provide Federal Express or DHL account numbers with their requests for solicitation documents to expedite delivery.
