Solicitation Notice: This announcement is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefintie Quantity, Job Order Contract (JOC). This solicitation is for a multiple discipline, multiple year contract. Projects likely to be covered by this contract will be for maintenance, repair, and minor construction at 174th FW, Hancock ANGB, Syracuse, New York. Delivery Orders will be based on individual projects and may be issued over a period of one calendar year from the date of award; with options to extend the basic contract for four (4) additional one year periods. Delivery Orders shall not exceed a cumulative amount of $5,000,000; Under no circumstances may an Individual Delivery order exceed $300,000. The minimum guaranteed value of this contract is $5,000. IFB DAHA30-95-B-0002 will be issued on/about 16 March 1995 with a BOD on/about 18 April 1995. Criteria for evaluation of bids will be detailed in the solicitation.
