The correct solicitation number, which should be utilized for all future reference is GS-09P-95-KTC-0036. The CBD advertisement is hereby transmitted in its entirety as follows: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, technical expertise, and incidentals to perform approximately 7,000 square feet of interior space alterations for the United States Marshal's Service located in the Prince Kuhio Federal Building/U.S. Courthouse, 300 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, HI. The spaces include a training room, shower rooms, detention cells, interview rooms, food preparation areas, etc. This procurement is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small businesses. The estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, with an estimated completion time of 120 calendar days.
