The work to be performed under this project involves construction of a classroom addition at the Roswell Job Corps Center located in Roswell, New Mexico, of approximately 400 square feet, to Cafeteria Building No. 555, and removal of the existing built-up roofing from Building Nos. 536 and 538. Construction time is scheduled for 228 calendar days to substantial completion. The estimated cost range for construction is between $250,000 to $500,000. Plans and specifications will be available on April 19, 1995, from the Office of Architecture Plus, P.O. Box 2106, 401 N. Pennsylvania, Roswell, New Mexico 88202. It is emphasized that requests for plans and specifications shall be directed to the A/E firm listed above to ensure proper handling of requests. All requests must be in writing. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents, plus COD charges. A Pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for March 30, 1995, at 9:00 a.m. local time.
