Work includes cleaning of all structures, excavation of deteriorated concrete and removal of previous non-match concrete patches, sampling and testing of existing concrete, preparation of concrete mixtures and test panels to match existing concrete, cleaning and repair of deteriorated and exposed reinforcement, repair and restoration of deteriorated concrete areas with new concrete to match existing. Additional work on the Administration Building includes the replacement of 18 large non-historic aluminum windows with new wood windows to match the original, the removal of paint from metal window grilles, and the application of a concrete sealer to the parapet after repairs. Plans and specs available on or about 30 March 95 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
