Provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials to install a Ten
Ton Split AC System at Garden Grove ASR-9 Site, Garden Grove, CA. The
construction consists of but is not limited to, general sitework,
sheetmetal ductwork, piping, insulation, electrical and controls and
other items, in strict accordance with FAA specifications and drawings.
The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC Code) is 1711. The Small
Business Size Standard is $7 MIL. The solicitation package will be
available approximately 15 calendar days after the date of this
publication, with a public bid opening 30 calendar days from date of
issuance. The estimated price range is between $25K and $100K. Requests

Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of
Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business
Utilization (OSDBU), has programs to assist minority, women-owned and
disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working
capital and bonding assistance for transportation-related contracts.
This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier.
The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid,
payment, and performance bonds up to 1.0 million per contract. The DOT
provides an 80 percent guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against
losses. Loans are also available under the DOT Short Term Lending
Programs (STLP), at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable
financing. The maximun line of credit is $500,000. For further
